The Most Meaningful Investment Your PTA/PTO Can Make This Year.
At $250 per classroom, it's one of the highest-impact, lowest-effort enrichment investments available to parent organizations — and the only one that pays off for your students a decade from now.
You've Done the Fun Events.
This One Lasts.
You've organized the book fairs, the movie nights, the spirit weeks, the fundraisers. Those are valuable. But what if one investment — made today — gave every student in a classroom a genuinely emotional, genuinely unforgettable moment more than ten years from now? That's what The Classroom Vault delivers.
🎯 Direct Student Impact
Every dollar goes to the student experience. Students create something by hand — and receive it back as young adults. Few programs offer a measurable, multi-decade return like this.
📋 Zero Ongoing Commitment
No committees to manage, no volunteer hours after purchase, no logistics to oversee. Reserve, pay, and we handle everything — including storage and senior-year delivery.
💰 Budget-Friendly at Any Scale
At $250 per classroom — about $11 per student — a PTA/PTO can sponsor one classroom, a full grade level, or the entire school.
Flexible Enough for Any Organization
Sponsor a Single Classroom
Fund one classroom's Vault — a great starting point, pilot program, or a way to recognize a standout classroom.
Sponsor a Grade Level
Three second-grade classrooms? Fund all three. Imagine the opening ceremony a decade from now — a whole grade, seniors together.
Make It a Tradition
Invest in every K–4 classroom each year and build The Classroom Vault into your school's identity. Your school becomes known as a place that honors childhood.
Offer Parent Sponsorship
List the Vault as a sponsorship line item. Families contribute toward their child's classroom, and we can issue invoices for reimbursement.
Your Ready-Made Board Pitch
“The Classroom Vault is a one-time, $250 investment per classroom with no ongoing fees or volunteer requirements. Our students would create a real time capsule — filled with their own drawings, notes, and photos — professionally stored in a climate-controlled facility, then delivered to their high school for an opening ceremony their senior year.
The cost works out to about $11 per student. No annual charge, nothing our teachers or volunteers manage going forward. It's the kind of program our school community will remember for decades.”

What Administrators Need to Know
The lesson plan is designed for standard classroom use and requires no approval beyond your normal enrichment activity procedures. It does not require district vendor approval in most cases — and we provide documentation if your district requires it.
About one to two class periods for the lesson and capsule creation. The teacher's only other task is sealing and shipping the capsule back with the prepaid label.
We recommend standard classroom enrichment notification as a best practice; schools follow their own policies. A parent notification template is included with each kit.
We maintain classroom-level roster information only as needed to coordinate delivery — we do not collect individual student data beyond that. See our Privacy Policy for details.
