A complete, turnkey time capsule program for K–4 classrooms. For $250 per classroom, we provide a physical capsule, a ready-to-teach lesson plan, secure climate-controlled storage, and senior-year delivery coordination. Students create the capsule in elementary school and receive it back as high school seniors.
It depends on grade level — a kindergarten class for about 12–13 years, a 4th-grade class for about 8–9 years. The full storage term is included in the $250 fee regardless of duration.
Yes. The lesson plan includes grade-level modifications. Younger students focus on drawing and simple self-expression; 3rd and 4th graders engage in more written reflection. Every grade gets an age-appropriate experience.
About one to two class periods. The kit arrives with everything needed — lesson plan, activity pages, and instructions — with no advance prep required.
An "About Me" page, a letter to their future self, a drawing of their favorite things, a class photo, and a signature page. An optional small keepsake from home can also be included.
Yes — optionally. Our Parent Inclusion Kit add-on ($25) gives every family a take-home packet to add a personal letter or keepsake to their child's section.
Yes — capsules are kept in a temperature- and humidity-controlled environment to protect paper, photos, and keepsakes over the full term.
That's completely fine and very common. Provide your best guess at reservation; you can update it anytime. We recommend reviewing records when students reach 7th or 8th grade.
We plan for this. Our records include district-level contacts so we can redirect delivery to the appropriate successor institution. We recommend listing your district office as a permanent backup contact.
We contact the destination high school about 12–18 months before senior year, coordinate a delivery date, ship securely, and include an opening ceremony guide. The school decides how to facilitate the opening.
Yes. It covers the capsule, lesson plan, storage for the full term, recordkeeping, and senior-year delivery coordination. No annual storage fees, delivery surcharges, or hidden charges.

Yes — we can issue a formal invoice for reimbursement upon request following your reservation.
Full refund if you cancel before the kit ships. Once shipped, the fee is non-refundable. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
